Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the complete spectrum of human resource functions. This role demands management of recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, performance assessments, training, and compensation administration. The candidate will design and uphold a robust Performance Management System (PMS) to evaluate employee outputs based on defined competencies and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive HR operations such as hiring, onboarding processes, retention strategies, performance evaluation, training, and benefits management.
- Formulate and execute HR plans and strategies that align with company goals to enhance organizational performance and growth.
- Create and sustain an effective PMS framework to systematically appraise employee performance relative to key targets and competencies.
- Partner with senior executives to craft talent management and succession plans focusing on critical roles and leadership development projects.
- Assure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards by deploying best HR practices including manpower budgeting, competency mapping, and skills matrix application.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 5 to 10 years of professional experience in corporate HR with a focus on strategic human resource management or human capital management.
- Holds an MBA or PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent qualification obtained from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrates a solid history of formulating effective HR strategies that yield measurable business results and displays strong strategic thinking regarding workforce planning and talent advancement.
