Job Overview

As an HR Manager at Vijaya Management Services, you will craft and enforce HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the company's objectives and cultivate a motivated, efficient workforce. Your proficiency in HR leadership, employee relations, recruitment, and performance oversight will be essential to promoting a positive workplace and accomplishing business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment efforts by managing job postings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to hire skilled professionals for the civil and construction sectors.
• Ensure effective onboarding and orientation processes, helping new hires understand company guidelines, protocols, and culture seamlessly.
• Administer performance appraisal systems, offering constructive feedback and supporting employees' growth and development.
• Maintain a harmonious work atmosphere by addressing staff concerns, resolving disputes, and encouraging transparent communication between employees and leadership.
• Identify learning requirements, design and coordinate training programs for ongoing employee skills enhancement.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and compliant with relevant industry standards and laws.
• Develop and revise HR policies and employee handbooks to meet labor regulations and organizational needs.
• Partner with departments to uphold workplace health and safety standards in line with regulations.
• Implement talent management plans to recognize high-potential staff and prepare succession paths for critical positions.
• Oversee administrative HR duties including record-keeping, payroll, and benefits enrollment.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement of employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; Master's degree or professional HR certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience as an HR Manager or generalist within civil and construction industry environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes, HR best practices, and employment legislation.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges from 30,000 to 45,000 INR.
