HR Intern

About the Role

WorkSetu Management Solution LLP is urgently seeking an HR Intern to support hiring needs primarily for delivery partners such as Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, and Zomato, as well as for house help roles including maid, cook, babysitter, and caretaker positions. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contact candidates for delivery partner roles and house help positions.
• Manage the full hiring process including explaining job details and resolving candidate inquiries.
• Verify candidate documentation and facilitate the joining procedures.
• Maintain daily follow-ups and work towards achieving hiring targets.
• Update candidate information accurately in CRM systems and Google Sheets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹8,000 and ₹10,000.
• Performance incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.

Training

Successful applicants will undergo a 5-day unpaid training period, after which confirmation of joining will follow.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduation.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic computer proficiency including Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
• Candidates should be target-driven with a positive attitude.
