About the Role and Employer

Linum Consult represents a leading organisation based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking a bilingual HR Generalist fluent in both English and Arabic. The position involves comprehensive HR operations to support organizational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records within the HR database system.
• Administer payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
• Keep updated logs of employee leave and sickness absences.
• Support senior HR personnel by screening resumes and aiding in recruitment activities.
• Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation of minutes.
• Respond to employee queries across various HR matters.
• Prepare end-of-service benefits and documentation for departing employees.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience within HR roles focused on recruitment, payroll administration, leave management, employee record maintenance, and end-of-service preparations.
• Familiarity with Saudi government HR platforms such as GOSI and Qiwa.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized with precise attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals with a solid understanding of local labor laws and employment procedures, reflecting the company's Saudization policy.
