Role Summary
Zuvay is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR procedures, compliance, and facilitate HR functions efficiently within a dynamic environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer issuance, new hire onboarding, and induction programs.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, attendance, leave management, and lifecycle documentation.
- Assist with confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities, updating HRMS and employee data consistently.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and support administration of employee benefits.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries about payroll and workplace policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, help organize training sessions and assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, and labor regulations.
- Support implementation of HR policies and maintain proper documentation to comply with SOPs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, generate HR MIS reports including headcount and attrition statistics, and assist with HR analytics.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline is eligible; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years in HR operations and recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, EPC or corporate services.
- Skills: Proficiency in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR documentation, HRMS, MS Office; familiarity with expat recruitment compliance is a plus.
- Competencies: Effective coordination and follow-ups, process-driven mindset, positive attitude, ability to work independently and collaborate within teams, confidentiality, and integrity.
