The HR Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that the organization's employment procedures align with relevant federal and state labor regulations across all US states of operation. This position emphasizes detailed document verification, ongoing regulatory research, and anticipatory risk mitigation to prevent any fines or legal penalties.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate changes in employment laws at the state level across the United States to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive documentation of compliance efforts and changes.
- Provide up-to-date guidance and support to both HR and operations teams regarding compliance standards.
Requirements
No previous experience with the US labor market is necessary; however, strong research abilities and a meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Work Schedule
This role follows a working schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
