About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic guidance to senior leaders within a designated business segment. This role involves a combination of coaching, organizational design, and making daily HR decisions that impact team dynamics and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and team well-being.
• Support managers in areas of performance management, professional growth, and handling challenging conversations.
• Manage employee relations issues with compassion and thoroughness.
• Oversee talent evaluation, succession planning, and compensation management cycles.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and identify workforce trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR business partnering, preferably within technology or rapidly growing companies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Expertise in advising senior executives and managing organizational change.
• Proficiency with HR analytics and interpreting talent-related data.
• Sound judgment, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proactive approach combined with methodical coaching techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary aligning with experience and qualifications, approximately $90,000 to $145,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
