About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our team remotely. This full-time position involves supporting strategic initiatives through comprehensive analysis, project management, and collaboration across various functions to successfully implement complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses to inform strategic decision-making throughout the organization
• Lead cross-functional projects from inception through to successful completion
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and tracking tools
• Document business processes and pinpoint areas for operational enhancements
• Develop materials and presentations for leadership meetings and reviews
• Collaborate with different functional teams to assist in planning and execution activities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business operations, consulting, banking, or strategy-related roles
• Advanced analytical abilities with strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to think in a structured manner
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Proactive approach with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity
• Practical knowledge in using project management and business intelligence tools
