Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR and labor law advice to managers and employees, serving as a trusted partner.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle within assigned departments and design tailored HR solutions.
- Support the recruitment process in its entirety.
- Guide organizational changes, workforce planning, talent management, and foster strong team development.
- Collaborate closely with employee representatives and manage co-determination and transformation processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and actively drive HR, change, and transformation initiatives.
- Maintain close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- A completed degree focused on human resources, business psychology, economics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of experience as an HR business partner, people partner, HR generalist, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in labor and works council law, with proven experience advising leadership.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, assertiveness, and confident presence.
- Analytical, solution-driven mindset combined with a hands-on approach and fluency in German and English.
