Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support and strengthen the HR functions at our plant in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Reporting directly to the Plant HR Manager, this individual will play a key role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, talent development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives specifically within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for both permanent and temporary plant positions to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with BBS HR for all necessary new hire documentation and compliance.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure all workplace facilities are appropriately set up prior to new employee onboarding.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee data records within P@B system.
- Support plant teams in setting SMART goals and ensure timely completion of goal setting in P@B.
- Manage and facilitate performance review processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Guide employees through Individual Development and Action Plans (IDAPs) and continuously monitor progress.
- Create and execute an annual calendar of employee engagement activities, ensuring full employee participation and conducting engagement surveys.
- Promote and manage Recognition and Rewards programs at the site.
- Champion Learning & Development initiatives aligned with the BPS L&D Pillar, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled to advance through different maturity stages.
- Produce and maintain monthly MIS reports and HR dashboards for review meetings.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, escalating complex issues to Plant HR Head when necessary.
- Foster a harmonious employee relations environment acting as a key catalyst.
- Provide timely advice and guidance to employees regarding company HR policies.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in Talent Management and Learning & Development processes within manufacturing settings.
- Sound understanding of labor laws applicable to the manufacturing sector.
- Competent in MS Office applications and SuccessFactors HR systems.

Education and Experience
- MBA in Human Resources (regular full-time program).
- 6 to 10 years of professional HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
