Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with leadership teams across key European data center operations to deliver comprehensive HR support. The role involves guiding HR strategy implementation, enhancing employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational development, while upholding the company’s People Passionate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic HR support during the entire employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Execute the global People Passionate strategy aligned with regional HR priorities.
• Provide expert HR advice to leadership to optimize organizational effectiveness and performance.
• Lead recruitment efforts by shaping timely hiring strategies, overseeing outsourced recruitment partners, and ensuring candidate experiences are seamless.
• Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles such as engineering, operations, commercial, and leadership positions.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and practices compliant with applicable employment laws and group standards.
• Partner with management to drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, morale, and recognition, leveraging employee survey data.
• Manage the annual HR cycle, including appraisals, goal setting, compensation reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Proactively handle employee relations cases and performance issues, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate learning and development plans, ensuring individual development initiatives and leadership programmes align with succession and capability building.
• Ensure accurate HRIS management for reliable reporting, compliance, and decision-making.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on metrics related to CSRD, People Passionate initiatives, and HR operations.
• Monitor talent metrics such as turnover, mobility, time and cost to hire, reporting insights and risks to senior leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; accredited HR certification is advantageous.
• Proven background in a generalist HR role within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition, and development in fast-growing business environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills at all organisational levels.
• Willingness and capability for regular travel across European sites as required.
