This HR Business Partner position reports to the Global Business Organisation (GBO) across EMEA and LATAM regions, offering a hybrid work environment combining office presence and remote work based on team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR consultation and coaching to People Leaders within assigned GBO segments, ensuring seamless support from initial engagement to resolution.
- Gain an in-depth grasp of GBO’s business operations, structure, talent focal points, and context to provide tailored HR advice.
- Guide People Leaders on performance and behavioral issues, promoting early intervention and well-informed decisions.
- Interpret and apply HR policies and programs considering business and regional factors to balance employee experience, compliance, and business objectives.
- Work cohesively with GBO Functional HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, and specialists to provide integrated people management solutions.
- Administer GBO’s business rhythms, including talent and performance cycles, communication efforts, and program deployments.
- Analyze workforce data and consultation feedback to detect trends, anticipate leadership needs, and devise proactive HR strategies.
- Offer tailored support across diverse EMEA and LATAM locales, recognizing when to involve specialized regional expertise or escalate matters.
- Uphold the organization's culture and ensure all HR actions comply with relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years’ relevant HR experience or equivalent professional background.
- Educational background in HR or related discipline, or practical equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience in HR partnership roles within sales, commercial, technology, or rapidly evolving global environments.
- Proven ability to develop strong business insight and provide pragmatic HR guidance based on context.
- Demonstrated coaching skills for managers handling performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Familiarity with Ireland and UK employment legislation, and practical implementation of related HR practices.
- Experience operating in multi-geographical, multicultural settings applying appropriate regional labor considerations.
- Competence supporting annual performance, talent management, and operational rhythm programs.
- Track record of effective collaboration within matrixed HR structures involving HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, and specialist functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data insight to proactively address HR challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities.
- Comfortable working within ambiguous, high-demand environments requiring prioritization at various organizational levels.
