About the Role
Join DHL Supply Chain as an HR and Payroll Systems Integration Senior Expert, contributing to our global HR transformation with a focus on time and payroll integration processes. Based in Singapore, this permanent position within the APAC region invites you to support HR and operational leaders by designing, documenting, and implementing global Work Time and Payroll processes, especially related to systems integration with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly analyze and optimize business processes concerning the design and documentation of Work Time and Payroll workflows on a global scale.
- Interpret interface designs and perform testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of Time and Payroll data sent to external vendor systems.
- Manage end-to-end processes including data collection, evaluation, documentation, and standardization of existing procedures.
- Identify potential risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and provide solutions to escalation issues.
- Lead the standardization efforts of the Work Time and Payroll procedures in collaboration with BPO teams and stakeholders outside HR.
- Develop, communicate, and implement approved changes within Work Time and Payroll processes and update documentation accordingly, integrating adjustments into local adaptations of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of payroll processes is essential.
- Experience in designing and implementing payroll or time interface solutions (excluding programming) is required.
- Advanced IT competence, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP, particularly regarding Work Time and Payroll processes.
- Excellent command of business English for clear communication.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different divisions and functions.
