Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of public hallways each shift to maintain cleanliness and organization, addressing any irregularities proactively.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff by assisting with heavy lifting and addressing urgent service requests promptly.
• Be observant in reporting lost and found items, as well as any damages or maintenance needs within public spaces.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests by responding to inquiries and engaging additional personnel for support when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

• Relevant prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in English communication is required to interact effectively.
• Competence in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners is expected.
