About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of shared and communal areas, ensuring students enjoy their living environment.
• Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for students and colleagues, providing assistance and guidance when necessary.
• Prioritize safety and environmental sustainability in all tasks, keeping properties safe, clean, and eco-conscious.
• Take responsibility for your assigned areas by addressing issues promptly and reporting problems without delay.
