Role Overview

The Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels seek a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces throughout the hotel.
• Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
• Guide and support the housekeeping team in delivering outstanding cleaning services.
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions daily for cleaning personnel.
• Accurately handle financial records, maintenance logs, and inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing a housekeeping team effectively.
• Competence in budget management and control over supplies, replacements, and consumables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to adhere to and establish cleanliness standards.
