Role Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience from arrival through departure. This position requires reliability, engagement, and a dedication to maintaining high service standards, enabling memorable stays for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to guarantee adherence to service standards delivered with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Address guest issues promptly, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction and create exceptional experiences.
• Communicate daily priorities to staff, fostering personalized and attentive service for visitors.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a strong service-oriented mindset essential for guest satisfaction.
• Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous; familiarity with Opera or comparable systems is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and lead by example.
