Job description
Role Overview
We seek diligent, dependable, and customer-oriented Housekeeping & Room Attendants to uphold superior standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation within guest rooms and designated areas. Responsibilities include ensuring that all rooms and facilities are spotless, orderly, and guest-ready.
Primary Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned spaces.
- Make beds, replace bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities as needed.
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize all contact points.
- Restock toiletries, drinking water, and necessary guest supplies consistently.
- Arrange rooms in compliance with established hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Identify and notify supervisors regarding maintenance issues, damages, or shortages.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally at all times.
- Adhere strictly to housekeeping protocols, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Keep housekeeping tools and storage areas clean and organized.
- Manage cleaning agents and equipment with proper care and safety awareness.
- Support deep-cleaning efforts and special housekeeping assignments as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to maintain seamless daily operations.
- Respect guest confidentiality and privacy consistently.
Candidate Requirements and Profile
- Prior exposure to housekeeping or attendant roles is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Physically capable of executing cleaning tasks comfortably.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, discipline, and accountability.
- Exhibits professionalism with a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Compensation
