About the Role

Hotel Kiaara is seeking dedicated housekeeping personnel to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel premises in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time position involves ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms in line with hotel standards.
• Sanitize bathrooms, mop floors, dust furniture, clean windows, and manage other designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobby, staircases, and other public spaces within the hotel.
• Notify supervisors of any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property.
• Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies at all times.
• Properly handle cleaning tools and materials.
• Support laundry and linen tasks when needed.
• Provide guests with timely and courteous service.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
