The former Port of London Authority HQ—an architecturally significant Grade II listed structure—comprises 100 guest rooms, 41 residential apartments (31 managed by Four Seasons transient rental), a distinguished ballroom once hosting the United Nations inaugural reception, five versatile meeting rooms, a spa featuring eight treatment suites plus facilities like hammam, steam room, sauna, pool and vitality pool, alongside diverse dining venues such as Cooper's Cut steakhouse, Mei Ume Asian fusion, and the Rotunda for all-day dining and tea.

Role Summary

The Housekeeping Porter contributes to maintaining the hotel's impeccable standards by aiding the housekeeping operations. This role ensures the cleanliness, order, and efficiency of all public and service areas, directly supporting room attendants and guest satisfaction through timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all public areas within the hotel clean, tidy, and presented to standard.
• Replenish linen storage and housekeeping supply rooms with fresh linens and amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests' requests related to housekeeping.
• Assist room attendants by moving furniture, beds, and equipment as required.
• Transport linens, toiletries, and housekeeping tools throughout the property efficiently.
• Support periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times.
• Help uphold the Four Seasons quality standards consistently across duties.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably some previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related area.
• Effective communication skills and good spoken English proficiency.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with a willingness to support the team.
• Strong organizational aptitude with an eye for detail.
• Physical stamina for active duties associated with the role.
• Professional appearance and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of performing in a fast-moving environment.
• Legal entitlement to work in the United Kingdom.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Permanent full-time role with a standard 40-hour workweek.
• Five shifts per week on a rotating schedule.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.

• Total package valued at £36,500 annually including base and service charge.
