Job Overview

This housekeeping position involves maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms by replenishing supplies, changing linens, and thorough disinfection. The role suits individuals who enjoy working in an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere, where teamwork and individual contribution are equally valued. Employees may work independently or alongside a small group, contributing to the wider team effort to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathroom fixtures including showers, toilets, and sinks thoroughly.
• Restock guest room essentials such as toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry machines, tables, and mop floors when necessary.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms promptly and courteously, including towels, extra pillows, and supplies.
• Report lost and found items and ensure they are forwarded to the correct department or office.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guests have an excellent hotel experience.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities.
• Physical stamina to remain on feet for most of the shift, move continuously, and lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Excellent guest service skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests, supervisors, and colleagues.
