Key Responsibilities

• Maintain spotless guest rooms by performing routine cleaning duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and conducting deep cleaning when necessary.
• Restock linens, towels, and essential guest supplies to ensure rooms are well-prepared.
• Manage housekeeping supplies effectively by stocking and transporting the supply cart every day.
• Promptly and politely attend to guest requests to enhance their stay experience.
• Handle waste removal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated bins.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Possess at least one year of prior experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrate the ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and room presentation.
• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended durations.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior when engaging with guests.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes.
• Collaborate well with housekeeping peers and other hotel departments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
