Housekeeping Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator for Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard to ensure smooth and efficient management of housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock housekeeping supplies and guest amenities in storage pantries and in-service trolleys.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout corridors and staff-only areas.
• Manage housekeeping communications by documenting, tracking, and promptly addressing guest and staff requests.
• Perform handyman tasks such as minor painting touch-ups, filling cracks, mending wallpaper damage, and other small maintenance duties.
• Carry out floor care including marble polishing, hard floor cleaning, and carpet maintenance.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely repair.
• Utilize housekeeping management systems like Opera, SAP, and Stayplease for inventory control, service requests, and reporting.
• Oversee Lost & Found items in line with internal guidelines.
• Comply consistently with grooming, safety, and hygiene policies.
• Support supervisors by undertaking any additional assigned duties professionally and attentively.

Requirements

• Availability to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong team player attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and record maintenance skills.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous.
