Overview
Join Alton Towers Resort as a Housekeeping Checker and play a vital role in preserving impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the Resort's Hotels. This position involves leading, inspiring, and supporting housekeeping teams to uphold exceptional standards that reflect the brand's quality and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and room presentation.
- Encourage a positive team environment by motivating members to maintain a guest-focused attitude.
- Provide training and development for Room Attendants to guarantee consistent skills and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with team members to foster collaboration and shared objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in leading or assisting housekeeping teams to achieve superior cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Demonstrated capability to motivate and guide team members in delivering outstanding guest services.
- Experience in training and mentoring Room Attendants to consistent quality and performance benchmarks.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand and operational expectations.
