Housekeeping Attendant

Overview

We are looking for dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Attendants to join our luxury residential and hospitality team at Dubai Golf in Abu Dhabi. The role is essential in maintaining a pristine and hygienic environment across guest and staff areas to ensure an outstanding experience.

Key Duties

• Carry out daily cleaning duties in guest rooms, communal areas, restrooms, and assigned zones.
• Make beds, change linens, clean floors, dust furniture, and disinfect bathrooms and frequently touched surfaces.
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and according to established standards.
• Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Restock toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other necessary supplies as needed.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene consistent with company policies.
• Adhere to checklists and daily schedules set by supervisors.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy of guests and residents at all times.
• Participate in deep-cleaning activities and special projects when required.
• Address guest requests courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of housekeeping experience, ideally in luxury hotels or properties.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing tasks for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
