About the Role
At Grand Hyatt Kochi, the Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering a consistently high-quality service experience to guests. This position involves performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas while upholding professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning and upkeep activities in assigned work areas thoroughly and systematically.
- Ensure a polite, professional, and flexible approach when attending to guest requests and requirements.
- Maintain service standards consistent with the hotel's quality expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably hold a diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Possess at least two years of experience in hotel operations, demonstrating knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
- Exhibit strong customer service orientation, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
