Job Overview
Join The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Housekeeping Attendant at the Ummahat Islands 2-3 in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This non-management, full-time role focuses on creating a perfect, welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction by maintaining impeccable room standards every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock guest amenities and room supplies efficiently.
- Make beds and fold linens neatly and professionally.
- Remove trash, soiled linens, and used service items from rooms.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond to their requests attentively.
- Organize desks, furniture, and appliances with care and precision.
- Dust, polish furniture, and eliminate marks from walls and surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor cleaning duties thoroughly.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Exhibit a teamwork-first attitude and willingness to collaborate.
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to notice small details affecting the guest experience.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 10 kilograms (25 pounds).
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.

- Completion of safety training and certification prior to employment is required.
Educational Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate is preferred. No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is required, and no special licenses or certifications are necessary.
