About the Role

Join Hilton as a Housekeeping Associate and play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hospitality. This position is essential in upholding the high standards expected in our hotel, ensuring every guest’s stay is comfortable and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces by performing routine cleaning duties including dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and managing trash disposal.
• Provide friendly service to guests by greeting them warmly, delivering requested items, and assisting with room cleaning tasks when required.
• Organize and restock supply rooms to support smooth housekeeping operations.
• Handle special deep-cleaning projects periodically, such as mattress flipping, furniture moving, and floor waxing.
• Support property upkeep by identifying and reporting maintenance issues or repair needs promptly.

Qualifications and Expectations

• A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar hospitality housekeeping role is preferred; however, recent Hotel Management graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with daily housekeeping procedures on guest floors.
• Physical stamina required to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Consistently maintain and exceed cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Efficient task management with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and supervisors.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of using cleaning chemicals, equipment, and adherence to safety measures.
