Position Overview
As a Housekeeping Associate at Fairfield Inn & Suites, your role goes beyond simply providing clean rooms and refreshed beds. You will play a vital part in creating a memorable and unique experience for guests. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel, executing various housekeeping duties like servicing guest rooms, stocking carts, and cleaning public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Environment Experts are empowered to independently manage their work environment, delivering exceptional service by attending to guest needs and ensuring all areas contribute positively to the guest experience. Upholding company quality standards, policies, and safety measures is essential. The position requires physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds without help. Professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication is mandatory.
