Housekeeper

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper committed to maintaining high cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards throughout their stay. Your duties will encompass cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and communal areas, making beds, laundering and ironing linens, along with various cleaning assignments as directed.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage of $12.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Preferably, have a minimum of one year experience working professionally as a housekeeper.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic combined with effective time management, organizational capabilities, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of cleaning methodologies and appropriate product use.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' general inquiries courteously.
• Prepare guest rooms to meet the hotel's cleanliness and orderliness standards before check-in.
• Keep records of cleaned rooms and report any lost and found items as well as damages or required repairs.
• Perform vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, dusting, furniture polishing, restocking toiletries, and laundry tasks as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and adequate supplies in common areas including the lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
