Role Responsibilities
- Keep apartments, common indoor and outdoor areas, and amenities clean and safe
- Clean areas including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and shared spaces
- Perform full range of housekeeping duties such as distributing linens, changing beds, replenishing restroom supplies
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean carpets, rugs, furniture upholstery, and draperies
- Dust and polish furniture and metalwork; clean walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Handle all laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, hanging, and distributing linens and resident laundry
- Maintain cleanliness of resident laundry rooms including mopping, washing walls, and lint trap checks
- Wash windows within reasonable heights as needed
- Keep utility and storage rooms organized and sanitary
- Disinfect and sanitize cleaning equipment and stock cleaning carts
- Empty wastebaskets and manage trash disposal in collaboration with maintenance
- Submit maintenance work orders when repairs are necessary
- Promptly report resident health or living condition changes and any unsafe or maintenance issues to supervisor
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Completion of all required company training programs
- Ability to operate cleaning machines including irons, washers, dryers, brooms, mops, and vacuums
- Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules as required
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math
- Effective English communication skills with residents and coworkers
- General sanitation knowledge
- Strong organization and time management capabilities
- Basic computer literacy
