Role Overview

We have an excellent opportunity to become part of the Ward 2A team as a Housekeeper. Ward 2A is a vibrant acute ward with a focus on Stroke and Older Adult Medicine, catering to patients with diverse and complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeper will provide essential support through maintaining cleanliness and order across the ward. Your duties will include assisting with meal services, checking and restocking ward supplies, keeping both clinical and non-clinical spaces tidy and organised, and undertaking housekeeping tasks that ensure patient comfort and safety. Working collaboratively with nursing, medical, and multidisciplinary teams, you will help uphold high standards for cleanliness, infection control, and overall patient experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be motivated, well organised, and dependable. Effective communication and teamwork skills are imperative, along with a flexible and proactive work attitude. While prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to support your development.
