Position Summary

This entry-level opportunity on the Environmental Services team involves ensuring patients and their families experience the best possible environment when visiting any MultiCare facility.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks and maintain environmental surfaces to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Organize and fulfill required departmental responsibilities in harmony with patient care teams and other supporting departments.
• Communicate efficiently with fellow team members and nursing staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Work with a service-focused approach upholding professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English.

Compensation and Benefits

The comprehensive benefits package includes competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $19.37 to $26.16 per hour, influenced by applicant skills, experience, certifications, and education. Union contracts will determine pay steps based on experience.
