Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the Emergency Department team as a Band 2 Housekeeper on a permanent basis. The position requires coverage from 08:00 to midnight, seven days per week, ensuring the department is maintained to the highest standards and supporting the delivery of excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness throughout the Emergency Department.
- Monitor stock regularly and arrange for reordering as needed.
- Identify and report any faults or damaged equipment promptly.
- Support safety protocols by maintaining confidentiality and security within the department.
- Assist patients during meal times to ensure comfort and support.
