Role Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public spaces to meet company standards.
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked with fresh linens, bedding, towels, soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other amenities.
- Comply with all hotel safety and security protocols.
- Maintain awareness of hotel layout, staff, available services, hours of operation, and nearby attractions such as malls and restaurants.
- Identify and report any items left behind by guests following hotel lost and found procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player mindset.
- Dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and upholding cleanliness standards.
