Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent Housekeeper who brings innovative ideas, completes tasks thoroughly, and collaborates effectively to drive positive outcomes. Ideal candidates lead through attentive listening, clear communication, and proactive approaches to improving processes while demonstrating integrity and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential apartment communities professionally and thoroughly.
- Prepare and freshen vacant apartments, leasing offices, and social clubrooms ensuring impeccable presentation.
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, window washing, trash removal, dusting, and cleaning appliances.
- Clean and disinfect restroom facilities across offices, clubrooms, and pool areas.
- Maintain laundry rooms by wiping appliances and removing detergent residue.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
- Availability to respond to after-hours emergencies if needed.
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs and regularly climb stairs.
- The position may require a valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits
