Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Ensure the apartment community is professionally cleaned and well-maintained.
• Refresh vacant apartments as well as the leasing office and clubroom areas.
• Perform vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, appliance cleaning, and dusting duties.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms in office spaces, clubroom, and pool areas effectively.
• Wipe down appliances and remove detergent residue in the laundry facilities.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and cleanliness standards.
• Availability to assist during after-hours emergencies as required.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds and regularly navigate stairs.
• May be required to hold a valid driver’s license.
