Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments.
• Ensure service and hospitality standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement operational and financial strategies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and motivate both managerial and operational staff.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related fields.
• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior leadership roles in luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and financial management.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
