Role Overview
The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations ensuring smooth functioning, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to the group’s standards. This leadership role demands maintaining quality, driving team performance, and achieving financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations ensuring effective coordination across departments.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the hotel staff to achieve excellence in service and operations.
- Maintain superior guest satisfaction, cleanliness, hospitality, and service standards.
- Analyze hotel metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and profitability.
- Create and execute strategies that meet or exceed financial and operational objectives.
- Manage expenses effectively without compromising service quality.
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Reservations, Finance, and HR to ensure cohesive operations.
- Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and manage online reputation proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Generate and review regular operational reports and update senior management on performance.
- Support sales and revenue initiatives to optimize profitability.
- Maintain strong partnerships with clients, corporate accounts, suppliers, and business collaborators.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure adequate staffing, enforce discipline, provide training, and manage employee performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility upkeep and presentation standards.
- Foster a positive culture emphasizing teamwork, responsibility, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in hotel operations, including leadership roles such as Hotel Manager or senior operational management.
- Experience in 3- or 4-star hotels is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations including budgeting, profit and loss management, revenue strategies, and guest services.
- Strong leadership aptitude, communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and sound decision-making.
- Good understanding of hotel systems and operational workflows.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
- Commercially savvy with a results-driven approach.

- Growth in occupancy rates and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
