Hotel Manager

About the Role

Shakti Shanti Academy is seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to direct daily hotel operations, manage personnel, enhance guest satisfaction, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor overall business performance. The ideal applicants are graduates with at least five years of experience in hotel management, preferably in 3- or 4-star establishments. This full-time daytime position is based in Patna, Bihar, India, but candidates from across India can apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations across all hotel departments ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and manage hotel staff, supervising their performance and coordinating duties.
• Maintain excellent standards of hospitality and guest experience.
• Coordinate procurement, liaising with vendors to meet service and supply needs.
• Track hotel revenues, expenses, budgets, and overall business health.
• Drive business growth initiatives and implement strategies to enhance hotel performance.
• Analyze operational data to guide management decisions.
• Manage room inventory, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization (yield management).
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, operational standards, and service protocols.
• Address guest complaints and operational challenges effectively and promptly.
• Prepare and review reports related to hotel operations and business performance for management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree required, with minimum five years' experience in hotel management.
• Experience in 3- or 4-star hotel settings preferred.
• Proven skills in managing hotel operations, staff, vendors, and hospitality services.
• Strong communication, leadership, and business management capabilities.
• Familiarity with budgeting, business analytics, and yield management is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Suitable candidates aged between 30 and 40 years, open to all genders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹120,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
• Annual bonuses and statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
• Provision of meals and accommodation.
