CFA Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven CFA Manager to lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including inventory management, dispatch, transportation coordination, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflows, timely shipments, precise stock maintenance, and seamless communication among clients, warehouse personnel, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations within the CFA and warehouse facilities to maintain smooth functioning.
• Direct the receiving, storing, handling, and shipping of goods effectively.
• Track inventory levels closely and perform accurate reconciliations of stock records.
• Liaise with transporters, drivers, clients, and various internal departments for operational coordination.
• Guarantee prompt dispatch and delivery of goods to meet client schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of incoming and outgoing stock, invoices, delivery challans, and other operational paperwork.
• Supervise vehicle assignments, loading/unloading activities, and transportation scheduling.
• Address any issues related to stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, or other operational challenges.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and procedural standards.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports daily, weekly, and monthly utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor team efficiency, enforce discipline, and strive to improve productivity.
• Manage and reduce operational expenses while enhancing warehouse and transportation efficiency.
• Handle and resolve client complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
