Job description
Position Overview
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott International, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and appearance throughout the entire hotel property. This role goes beyond simply preparing clean rooms and beds — it focuses on creating a distinct and memorable guest experience by ensuring all areas are pristine and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks which include cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Respond efficiently to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Manage housekeeping carts, inventory, and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain constant movement and physical activity on the job, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and maintain quality standards, confidentiality, and workplace safety.
- Present a professional appearance and communication style in alignment with company guidelines.
