Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conduct strict audits of key controls and manage the issuance and collection of master keys, radios, and beepers, ensuring their security.
• Perform regular patrols across the entire property and assist guests with room access issues.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and alarm systems to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to accidents, administering first aid or CPR if necessary, and coordinate with emergency medical services.
• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, reporting incidents such as accidents or attacks to relevant personnel.
• Manage conflicts by defusing disturbances and arranging for outside help when needed.
• Document all security and loss prevention incidents thoroughly through detailed reports and complete daily activity summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive reports and release information only to authorized staff.
• Provide necessary documentation for employees requiring external medical treatment.
• Assist management in training, motivating team members, and act as a role model.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned duties and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Deliver welcoming, anticipatory, and inclusive service to all guests, including those with disabilities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written interactions.
• Foster positive team relationships to achieve common goals and respond appropriately to coworker concerns.
• Meet quality assurance standards and company expectations consistently.
• Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and navigating different environments safely and effectively during shifts.
• Complete additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related or supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications are mandatory for this position.
