Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service including responding to requests promptly.
• Stock housekeeping carts effectively to facilitate smooth operations.
• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces thoroughly.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality expectations and ensure professional appearance and communication.
• Engage in physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned to enhance guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts.
