Position Overview

Join Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Runner) based in Kuala Lumpur. This role goes beyond basic cleaning duties to craft a memorable and unique guest experience. Guest Environment Experts are responsible for ensuring the entire hotel is spotless, pleasant, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and stock areas.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests to enhance their stay.
• Manage housekeeping carts and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
