About the Role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a key role beyond simply ensuring guests find a clean room and freshly made bed. This position focuses on creating a unique and memorable guest experience by managing a wide range of housekeeping duties to maintain the hotel's overall appearance and cleanliness. The expert is expected to operate independently within their designated areas, responding promptly to guest requests, stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and carrying out similar housekeeping responsibilities to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include maintaining the hotel’s appearance and hygiene standards, handling guest needs, ensuring adequate supplies for housekeeping, and performing cleaning tasks throughout the hotel. The role requires physical activity such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and manually handling items up to 22.7 kg (50 pounds) without assistance. Executing all assigned tasks meticulously ensures guests remain delighted and the business thrives.
