Job Overview

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Alexandria, you will play a key role in creating memorable and exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic housekeeping to include guest requests, stocking supplies, and cleaning rooms and public areas to maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel premises.
• Providing prompt service for guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Stocking and organizing cleaning carts and supplies efficiently.
• Performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds independently.
• Adhering to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
• Upholding quality standards and professional presentation, including uniform and communication.

Candidate Requirements

The role demands individuals who can stay physically active and mobile throughout their shift, demonstrating a hands-on approach to their duties. Confidentiality and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times are essential. Familiarity with housekeeping functions and an ability to follow company standards are necessary.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, non-management position based at our Alexandria location on Corniche Road. The role requires standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods and involves physical exertion.
