Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Summary

This position involves much more than just ensuring guest rooms are clean; it is about crafting a memorable and unique guest experience. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will undertake a variety of housekeeping duties, responsible for preserving the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Empowered to navigate their workspace freely, team members fulfill tasks such as fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and performing other related duties to enhance the guest atmosphere.

Key Expectations

• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering strictly to company policies and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, uniform, and communication.
• Respect confidentiality and consistently maintain quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks involving standing, sitting, or walking for long stretches, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
