Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

Marriott International is seeking dedicated Guest Environment Experts to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel property. This role goes beyond providing guests with tidy rooms and involves crafting a memorable and exceptional hospitality experience. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related tasks to ensure a welcoming stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all hotel areas.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Stock and prepare housekeeping carts with required supplies.
• Perform cleaning duties in both private guest rooms and public spaces.
• Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance as part of daily tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Maintain professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on physical work within housekeeping operations.
