Host/Hostess (Saudi National)

Position Overview

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company invites Saudi nationals to join as Hosts/Hostesses based in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering top-notch hospitality by welcoming guests, efficiently managing seating arrangements, and enhancing dining experiences in line with our renowned luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and ascertain party size.
• Escort guests to clean, available tables, assist with seating including adjusting chairs and providing menus.
• Guide patrons throughout dining areas and provide related assistance.
• Rearrange tables and chairs to accommodate groups, especially with special needs.
• Ensure place settings are complete, clean, and properly arranged including napkins and silverware.
• Maintain current, clean, and undamaged menus readily available.
• Keep workstations tidy during shifts by following clean-as-you-go protocols.
• Continuously monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest safety.
• Comply with all company safety and security policies; promptly report hazards or incidents to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Engage guests and colleagues using clear, courteous communication; professionally answer phone calls.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives and address employee concerns appropriately.
• Adhere to quality standards and expectations at all times.
• Physically capable of extended standing/walking and lifting or handling up to 10 pounds independently.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education attainment: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required; entry-level position.
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
• No licenses or certifications are required for this role.
